Privacy Policy
This notice explains how the Genesis Asia website handles information submitted through its enquiry and product-access experiences.
Last updated: 29 August 2026
Who is responsible for this website
Genesis Asia is operated by a Taiwan-registered business under Unified Business Number (UBN) 93762279. Genesis Asia is responsible for personal information collected through this website. For privacy enquiries or requests concerning your personal information, contact contact@genesis-tech.asia. We will respond in accordance with applicable data-protection laws.
Information you choose to provide
The Contact Us form asks for your name, company, work email, country or market, product or topic, message and an optional phone number. It also records your selected enquiry intent and privacy acknowledgement.
Technical and source context
Where available, the form records the source page, market and language context, referring page, and UTM campaign values. Security controls may process your IP address, browser user agent and interaction signals to detect abuse.
How the information is used
Genesis uses enquiry information to understand and route your request, respond to product or commercial questions, discuss product fit, or answer general company enquiries. Product and commercial enquiries are routed to sales@genesis-tech.asia; general enquiries are routed to contact@genesis-tech.asia.
Service providers
The website relies on WordPress hosting and email-delivery infrastructure to operate and deliver enquiries. It uses Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to assess whether a form interaction is likely to be legitimate. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that processing.
SmartBear product-access requests
Dedicated TestComplete, ReadyAPI and Swagger product-access pages use Forminator and the Genesis SmartBear Forminator Trial Handoff. After successful form validation and Genesis email acceptance, relevant request details may be transferred to SmartBear or the visitor may continue to a SmartBear service. SmartBear’s Privacy Policy applies to its processing.
Retention and access
Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain relevant business records, protect the website and meet applicable obligations. Access should be limited to people and service providers who need it for those purposes.
